Cuisine and philosophy
The allusion to the Tuscan tradition is tasted in every bite, from the sliced Mugello meat to the pasta, but also in the most innovative dishes, including the raw scampi and burratina and the ribollita and yellowtail croquettes. There is no shortage of vegan, vegetarian, gluten free dishes and a kid’s menu. Particular attention is also paid to allergies and intolerances.

The internal room is only used in bad weather.

The Torre d’Argento restaurant is also open to the public from 19.30 to 22.30, upon reservation.
