In the Boutique Hotel Torre di Cala Piccola, every moment is an opportunity to offer you unique experiences. An authentic hospitality, without filters, that kindly covers everything and shines through in the faces illuminated by the sincere smiles of our staff. A philosophy that we adopt with dedication also in the kitchen, where the best local ingredients and innovative cooking techniques are accompanied by a passionate and caring brigade, which for years has made this much more than just a simple job. Leading the Torre d’Argento Restaurant is Executive Chef Francesco Carrieri, a proud connoisseur of Maremma tradition. In his dishes resonates all the passion for excellence cuisine, prepared with high-quality raw materials and conceived to pleasantly surprise taste buds and sight. Traditional recipes trace the guidelines, which the chef's boundless creativity leads to unexplored and extraordinary taste itineraries. The result is a gastronomic journey capable of awakening all the senses, offering unprecedented sensations. An experience made incomparable by the passion hidden behind each dish: our mantra is to make those sitting at the tables of the Torre d’Argento Restaurant and the Bistrot La Torre happy. We do this with dishes prepared with skill, but also with the authentic warmth of things made with love.

Filosofia in cucina

Chef Carrieri's right-hand men are the two Sous Chefs Daniele Soave and Simone Carrozza, with skilled gestures and generous souls. Without their precious contribution, the service in the kitchen would lack that personal touch that turns a simple dish into pure emotion. At the end of a delightful dinner, we offer desserts of ethereal perfection, prepared with extreme care by Pastry Chef Simone Di Terlizzi. A master in elite pastry, he creates delicacies as soft as clouds or surprisingly crunchy, embellished with decorations resembling small works of art. The management of the restaurant and bar, even outside the kitchen, is entrusted to Stefano Schiano, Restaurant Manager, and Francesco Presenti, Restaurant & Bar Manager. As responsible for the entire departments, they are indispensable pillars of a complex mechanism, at the basis of our guests' satisfaction at the table. In agreement with the Chef, they design the menu, strictly seasonal and creative, and select suppliers capable of guaranteeing only the finest products. The sincere hospitality attitude that you perceive in our restaurant is largely thanks to them, guardians of the success of the Torre d’Argento and the Bistrot La Torre.
