From Roma airport by car: Get the A12 motorway until Civitavecchia - go on Aurelia state road (SS 1) till Orbetello - from Orbetello go in direction of Porto Santo Stefano - and then get into the Panoramica (panoramic road), follow the signs to Hotel Torre di Calapiccola for about 8 km. From Florence by car: Motorway Florence-Siena - then follow for Grosseto - continue on Aurelia (SS 1) road towards Rome till you get the Porto Santo Stefano crossroad; get into the Panoramica (panoramic road).
